Warranty Policy for Electronics Products – Azra.pk

At Azra.pk, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality electronics and providing exceptional after-sales support. Please review the terms of our warranty policy for a smooth and transparent experience.


1. Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty is valid for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Covers manufacturing defects, including:
    • Malfunctioning internal components
    • Display or button failures
    • Electrical issues not caused by external factors

2. Claimable Warranty Terms

  • IPL Warranty claims are valid only after a minimum of 2.5 months of regular use.
  • Non-Claimable Issues:
    • Damage caused by short circuits, power surges, or improper electrical use.
    • Wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, or minor cosmetic issues).
    • Water damage (unless specified as waterproof).
    • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, tampering, or misuse.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses related to warranty claims (both sending and receiving).
  • Replacement Parts: If repairs require new parts, the customer will pay up to 70% of the cost of those parts.
  • Product Replacement:
    • If the product is beyond repair, Azra.pk will provide a new product of the same model, but the customer must pay 50% of the original price of the product.

4. How to Claim Your Warranty

To process your warranty claim:

  2. Provide Proof: Submit the following:
    • Warranty Card
    • Photos or videos showing the defect
    • A description of the issue
  3. Evaluation: Our team will assess your claim and provide further instructions.

5. Warranty Limitations

  • Warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  • Claims related to external damage, negligence, or improper use will not be entertained.
  • Products showing signs of unauthorized repairs or modifications are ineligible for claims.

6. Repair & Replacement Policy

  • If the claim is approved:
    • Repairs will be made as necessary.
    • For irreparable products, a new replacement will be issued, with the customer covering 50% of the original product price.
